Our donor-supported and community schools have lower school fees for vulnerable children.
In Watamu, Kenya, too many children are at risk of dropping out due to financial hardship. School fees, uniforms, supplies, and exam costs — expenses that may seem small to some — can become overwhelming barriers for families already struggling to make ends meet.
We currently have 33 students on the sponsorship waiting list in Watamu. These students meet our selection criteria (need, household risk, school commitment), but funding is not available to cover all eligible students
