KENYA, EAST AFRICA - DETAILED ITINERARY FOR IN-COUNTRY:
2nd - 12th Febuary 2027
$11,500 per person (based on double occupancy, full board)
(The cost of the International Flights is not included.)
The overnight international flight departs the USA on 1st January 2027 (details to follow)
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Ten days in the country (two additional days with international travel)
Domestic flights, Kenyan Visa, transportation, Park fees, tips, lodging & full board included.
Arrival in Nairobi on the 2nd February, flight transfer to Malindi with Ground transportation to Watamu
THE TREE HOUSE 3rd - 8th Febuary
Yoga Offerings 2 times daily at Treehouse + Mindful offerings
The four mornings we are at Treehouse, enjoy yoga led by McKenzie (Kenzie) Burleigh.
Other mindful activities will also be offered, such as breathwork, beach walks, and mindful conversations.
Everything is optional to provide flexibility and ease for guests and to honor each guest’s preference.
*We will offer one massage and one activity as a group bonding experience.
Guests can add as many additional services or experiences as they wish at their own expense.
EMERSION WORKS WITH STUDENTS AND LOCALS
Option to join our visit to the school where Holding Hands Africa has made major impacts in the local community through education, support, and community. We will also have an optional village visit for a hands-on opportunity to connect and build opportunities for some of the students in their home villages.
MASAI MARA THREE-NIGHT SAFARI - 9th- 12th February
(All meals, park fees, and three guided safaris per day are included)
a) Return flight from Nairobi Wilson Airport (Nairobi-Mara-Nairobi)
b) Return airstrip transfers in the Mara (to and from Mara Olkiombo airstrip)
c) Full board accommodation
d) 3 game drives per day on our open-sided 4x4 vehicles

DEPOSIT of $2,500 due to reserve your spot by JUNE 29, 2026 (non-refundable).

Spots are guaranteed to sell out, so the sooner you make your deposit, the better.
Payments online are subject to a 3% convenience fee. To avoid fees, you can pay by Zelle or by check. The remaining payment schedule is as follows:
*If you can no longer attend the trip, the $2,500 can be used for up to 2 years' credit for a future trip.

DECEMBER 1st, 2025: $6,000 Remaining Balance Due

September 15, 2026, 5:30 pm-6:30 pm: In-person meeting to collect Visa photos, review passports, and provide useful information.
November 20, 2025, 5:30 pm-6:30 pm: Virtual meeting to discuss vaccines, what to pack, what not to pack, and the mission of the trip.
January 19, 2027, 5:30 pm-6:30 pm: In-person meeting. Check packed bags and final details before departure.
